At Richard, I developed and executed a multi-channel marketing campaign celebrating the company's recognition on Crain's 2026 Fast 50 list. The campaign spanned social media and employee communications, highlighting Richard's growth, culture, community impact, and distinction as the only AEC company recognized that year. To stand out from traditional award announcements, I used an editorial-style approach that put the company's story and impact at the forefront.
The campaign generated strong engagement across internal and external channels, including a 21.8% LinkedIn engagement rate, increasing Instagram Story views throughout the series, and 187 intranet views with an average read time of 1 minute 22 seconds.
