Company Culture Committee
As the lead of 33 Realty's Company Culture Committee, I helped create opportunities for employees to connect, celebrate, and build community across a growing organization of nearly 100 employees. I facilitated monthly committee meetings and led initiatives spanning philanthropy, DEI, happy hours, morale-building activities, and recreational sports, resulting in one to two employee events or programs each month. One of my favorite parts of the role was bringing together colleagues from different teams and office locations, learning from one another's backgrounds and experiences, and creating moments that strengthened our culture.
The strong participation and positive feedback we received reinforced my belief that thoughtful employee experiences can have a meaningful impact on engagement and belonging.
