One project I am particularly proud of is the recruiting packet I created for our HR team. As Richard continues to grow, our recruiters were looking for a more effective way to connect with experienced builders and communicate what sets our company apart. To support those efforts, I developed a mobile-friendly recruiting packet designed to be shared through LinkedIn and other digital channels.
The packet provides prospective candidates with a quick, engaging overview of Richard's culture, project portfolio, benefits, growth opportunities, and employee experience. By combining compelling visuals, employee testimonials, company metrics, and key recruiting messages into a concise format, the packet helps our recruiters start meaningful conversations with high-quality candidates and showcase the value of building a career at Richard.
As the primary marketing lead for Motif on Belden, I managed the property’s monthly social media, internal newsletter, promotional materials, and Google page. My goal was to support leasing efforts, build a sense of community, and keep current residents informed and engaged.
