Since 2023, I’ve supported marketing initiatives across the real estate and construction industries, helping bring projects from idea to execution through a mix of creative problem-solving, organization, and collaboration. My experience spans branding, marketing collateral, internal and external communications, event support, content development, and project coordination.
I enjoy working across teams to keep projects moving, align stakeholders, and create work that is both thoughtful and effective. Whether coordinating a photoshoot, developing a brochure, supporting a proposal, or managing the many moving pieces behind a campaign, I’m energized by turning ideas into something tangible and impactful.

I’m a team player who loves collaboration, but I’m just as comfortable taking ownership of a project and running with it. I value clear communication, staying organized, and always looking for ways to improve processes or bring fresh creative ideas to the table. I’ve also led company culture initiatives, including planning team events, supporting DEI efforts, and fostering morale. I’m passionate about creating work environments that are inclusive, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.

At Richard, I coordinate the photography across active construction sites. I work with project teams to plan each shoot, develop shot lists, coordinate logistics, and identify the stories we want to tell. During shoots, I provide creative direction to ensure the final assets align with our brand and marketing goals. I also think strategically about how the content can be used beyond a single project, planning ahead so it can support proposals, presentations, website updates, social media, award submissions, and future marketing efforts.
I love this part of my job because it allows me to bring a brands story to life, interact with new team members, and see our projects in person.
